Steven Roark is a former Wall Street investment banking executive with 30 years of experience in project finance and real estate development. He concluded his banking career in the Capital Markets division of BB&T Scott & Stringfellow (now Truist Financial Corp), focusing on project finance, industrial and economic development, and public-private partnerships. Steven has financed and developed multi-unit residential, commercial, governmental, and renewable energy projects, and he is known for creatively structuring performance-based financings.
